Krav Maga is the best self-defense for adults, but also is great for children. I have taken my kids to Mada Krav Maga in Shelby Twp MI for about 5 months now. They love going every time, it is a good workout, great confidence builder, and includes bully awareness, peer pressure, and stranger awareness. The kids love the instructors. If you have kids, I highly recommend Krav Maga for them. Take them to Mada Krav Maga in Shelby Twp.

I went in not knowing what to expect but after one class I knew this was the place for me. The instructors are amazing friendly and helpful and the other students have been super friendly and helpful also. This place didn’t have a gym feeling to it but more like a family with how you are treated. I definitely would recommend this place if you just want to get in shape or learn some serious defense and offense.
